Event security in London.

Security for London festivals, launches, corporate functions, immersive shows and private events. We plan around your audience, venue and running order, then brief the team before guests arrive.

From the first site brief to the final departure.

1. Plan the cover

Share the site layout, timings, expected attendance and restricted areas. Agree officer numbers, responsibilities and the points where your event team needs support.

2. Prepare for arrival

Set out entry lanes, ticket and ID checks, and any bag-search arrangements. Brief officers on guest experience, access needs and who to contact if plans change.

3. Manage the event

Monitor queues, capacity and movement through the site. Keep public routes clear and control access to backstage, VIP and working areas.

4. Handle incidents

Respond calmly when concerns arise. Agree escalation routes and communication with your organiser so decisions are coordinated rather than made in isolation.

5. Support departures

Plan exits and the close of the event. Keep cover where guests, staff or equipment are still moving, and agree when each security position can stand down.

6. Report and review

Record incidents and hand over the information your team needs. Use the debrief to identify what should change before your next event.
