CCTV operators in London.

SIA-licensed CCTV operators to staff the control room on your premises. Your cameras and screens, watched by trained people who know when to act.

Cameras only help if someone is watching.

We don't install or supply cameras. Our operators work with the CCTV system you already have, in your control room.

Operators watch your screens throughout the shift and spot problems as they develop, not after the event.

Operators direct your security officers or staff to where they're needed. If we also supply your officers, both teams work from the same brief.

Incidents are logged with the time and location as they happen, so there's a clear record of the shift.

Cover for any shift, including nights, weekends and 24-hour rotas.

Each shift ends with a handover to the next operator or your named contact, so nothing gets lost between shifts.

Are your CCTV operators SIA licensed?

Yes. Every CCTV operator we deploy holds a current SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence.

Do you install cameras or monitor them remotely?

No. Our operators work on site, using the CCTV system you already have.

Can you cover nights?

Yes. We supply operators for day, night and weekend shifts.

Tell us where your control room is, the hours you need covering and how your system is set up. We'll come back to you with a clear quote.
