Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NN Security. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

1. Definitions

• "NN Security", "we", "us" or "our" refers to NN Security Ltd, registered in the UK.
• "Client", "you" or "your" refers to the individual or business engaging our services.
• "Services" refers to the security services provided by NN Security, including but not limited to door supervision, event security and retail security.

2. Services

2.1 Scope of services: NN Security provides professional security services as agreed in our written contracts or agreements. Specific service terms will be set out in individual agreements. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement takes priority.

2.2 Service availability: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but reserve the right to modify or withdraw services due to unforeseen circumstances or legal obligations.

2.3 Client responsibilities: The client must provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws and ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

3. Fees and payment

3.1 Pricing: Fees for our services will be set out in your service agreement. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

3.2 Payment terms: Invoices must be paid in full, without deduction or set-off, within the period set out in your service agreement. We may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and may suspend services if an invoice is still unpaid after three written reminders.

3.3 Cancellations: Cancellations need at least 24 hours' written notice. With less notice, we charge the full booked shift plus VAT. A minimum charge per shift also applies, as set out in your service agreement.

4. Liability

4.1 Limitation of liability: NN Security is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.

4.2 Insurance: NN Security maintains appropriate insurance cover for the services provided. Proof of cover can be provided on request.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 We will treat all client information as confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

5.2 Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Data protection

6.1 NN Security is committed to protecting your personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle and process your data.

6.2 Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, as set out in the agreement. The required notice period is specified in the service agreement.

7.2 NN Security reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in unlawful activities.

8. Force majeure

NN Security shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes or government actions.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

NN Security reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
